DO NOT HIRE APRIL SMITH!!! She will waste your time!! I contacted her about a house and she lied to me saying she contacted the owners. I waited 24 hrs to check back in with her and she said she left them another message and they hadn’t returned hers. I waited another 24 hrs to get an update and she said they didn’t respond. LIAR!! I contacted another realtor and they got a response from the owner within MINUTES! Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Who knows what else she lies about! Lazy, lazy, lazy. I am very upset with how she handled the situation and myself as a new customer!!
