Durenda was very helpful with my home for rent search. She always kept me uo to date on the status of the home, and if applications were already submitted. My family has used Amalavita Realty on two different occasions. Once for the building and buying process of our first home nearly 5 years ago and the second time here recently with the sale of our first house and building/ buying process of our newest home. On both accounts, we worked with Durenda and wouldn't have it any other way. She was always available day and night to help with any questions or concerns we had. We had to do everything remotely because I was stationed in NY at the time of trying to purchase my new home in TX. With so much going on trying to get ready to move Mrs. Mathias went out of her way to make sure everything was done, and we knew what was going on. I have heard so many horror stories about buying a home for the first time. I definitely do not have one thanks to Amalavita Realty. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend if your're looking for a home!!! Thank you!!!

Durenda was a Godsend. We had a unique situation and she was able to get us into a rental that worked out great. Easy to work with, took the time to listen AND to explain, and put in the miles and hours to deliver. Most importantly, she was COMMUNICATIVE! Easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner, which is not the case with many realtors. Highly recommended!
