Gallivanter1 StarExtremely poor customer service. They charge to print the UPS a label for amazon shipment. What kind of joke is this? UPS shipping store charging for printing the UPS shipping label.
The customer service person was super rude and wanted us to use their shop computer to print the label… The computer was out of order and she still charged us for the computer and the label!
Best part of all is that the store clerk said you can go to FedEx location to print UPS label for lower price 😂! What kind of customer service is this?
