Amy Dulaney1 StarWe were promised a 1 week turnaround time. Here we are 8 weeks later, no survey, no communication. I get that surveyors are over loaded right now, I understand the long turn times for surveys right now, what I do not get is to be promised a 1 week turnaround and then absolutely no communication. No returned calls for MULTIPLE voicemails, no return emails for MUTIPLE emails. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Communication is key for any company.Wednesday 15th June 2022
